A strategic workshop at the impressive Loxone Campus in Kollerschlag brought together 40 visionary minds from our group of companies to set the course for the future together. Over the course of two days on 7 and 8 March 2024, we worked intensively as a team on the cornerstones and vision of our group of companies. In addition to its entrepreneurial significance, the event was also a personal growth experience for each individual participant.
Campus tour & expert knowledge
The first day started with a guided tour through the impressive Loxone Campus and its various areas. We congratulate the clients on this impressive building project. Our subsidiary HB Tiles was responsible for the tiling work on this construction project, which made the campus tour all the more interesting for our participants. Expertly and conscientiously executed, the result of the HB project team is truly impressive. The tour ended in the campus auditorium, where workshop leader and managing director Reinhard Hirtl gave a powerful opening presentation with clear perspectives.
The main part of the first day then began: a series of presentations with speakers from our own ranks. The speakers, all experts in their field, shared their knowledge, offered valuable insights and demonstrated the current status.
Professional impetus and personal growth
The first workshop afternoon not only provided professional impetus, but also enabled personal growth for each participant. Space was created to reflect on the differences between what is important and what is urgent. In addition, the DISG model was introduced, which helped participants to better understand their own behavioural patterns and find more effective ways of communicating.
Dinner with sharing menu at the Glorious Bustards was time to get to know each other and build a strong network within the group.

The second day began with a special highlight: Lukas KaufmannHis motivational talk went beyond sporting successes and encouraged everyone to strive for personal goals and overcome obstacles - a powerful message for us all. At this point: Lukas, thank you for your great talk!
Pioneering strategies and teamwork
The workshop reached its final major agenda item with intensive group work in which concrete work packages for the future of hfw-group GmbH were developed. From the analysis to the planning of future organisational charts, every step was geared towards strengthening the company and preparing it for future challenges. "Better together" was not just a motto, it was a tangible reality.
The future is digital
Digitalisation was a central aspect of each work package. The potential and challenges of digitalisation were highlighted in each presentation, while the development of the work packages always took into account how digital solutions and technologies can be used effectively to optimise business processes and increase competitiveness.
In a world of change, it is crucial to act with foresight and shape the future together. The workshop at the Loxone Campus was not only an important step for hfw-group GmbH, but also a personal enrichment for every participant. Together we form the foundation for a successful future - together we are stronger. #bettertogether
