Expertise & exchange of experience: Review of the technical conference

Technical conference April 2024: Exchange of experience and deepening of technical expertise with over 50 participants from all locations.

Our corporate culture is based on a strong foundation of internal knowledge transfer, lively dialogue and continuous training. With this in mind, we organised a technical conference at our Vienna site on 19 April. With over 50 participants from all locations, it was a valuable opportunity to share experiences and deepen technical expertise. The agenda was varied and covered topics such as Austrian standards, SV basic resolutions, waterproofing, conductive floors, terrazzo, outdoor areas (aluminium-UK), various special cases and much more.

Diverse range of topics

The conference reflected the breadth and depth of expertise within our group of companies. From legal requirements such as Austrian standards to practical issues such as conductive floors, various aspects of our industry and our trade were highlighted. The intensive dialogue enabled the participants to expand their knowledge and gain new perspectives.

Expert lecture on the subject of sound

One of the highlights of the conference was the presentation by DI FH Erik Klapper, Managing Director of K2 Building physicson the subject of noise and sound insulation. Klapper provided practical insights for our industry and explained what is important when planning and implementing sound insulation measures. His presentation sensitised the participants to an often underestimated topic and stimulated further discussion.

TECHNICAL MEETING - Outlook and cohesion

The positive impression of the event was underpinned by the committed interest and curiosity of the participants. The technical conference not only provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, but also strengthened the cohesion within the Group. With an optimistic view of the future, we are ideally equipped to continue to grow and learn successfully. #bettertogether
