Successful exchange and clear definitions
We rely on intensive dialogue and clear structures to strengthen cooperation within our corporate family. In a productive meeting, representatives from all locations jointly defined the tasks for the following key positions: Foreman, Processing Site Manager and Site Manager.
The main aim of the meeting was to create a common understanding of the positions mentioned, their main tasks and the interfaces and responsibilities within our company. Through a lively exchange, we were able to ensure that all participants had a clear picture of the tasks and responsibilities associated with the key positions.
