Access data/logfiles

We (or our web space provider) collect data about every access to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes, among other things: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page) and the requesting provider. Your IP address is stored on the web server in anonymised form in the log files without exception, so that no conclusions can be drawn from website visits to specific IP addresses.

Nutzung von Matomo

Wir nutzen das Webanalyse-Tool Matomo, um anonyme Statistiken über die Nutzung unserer Website zu erstellen. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt ohne Cookies und ohne die Erhebung personenbezogener Daten. Ihre IP-Adresse wird unmittelbar nach der Erfassung dauerhaft anonymisiert, sodass kein Rückschluss auf Ihre Person möglich ist.

Die Auswertung der anonymen Nutzungsdaten erfolgt ausschließlich zur Verbesserung der Inhalte, Struktur und Nutzerfreundlichkeit unserer Website. 

Matomo ist DSGVO-konform konfiguriert und wird auf einem Server in Dresden, Deutschland betrieben. Auf diesem Server sind auch die anonymisierten Nutzungsdaten gespeichert, die automatisch nach spätestens 24 Monaten gelöscht werden. Es findet keine Weitergabe der Daten an Dritte und keine Verarbeitung außerhalb der EU statt.

Use of Google Analytics

Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processed data.

• Personal data such as name, address or contact details are never transmitted to Google Analytics.
• The collection of precise location and position data in Google Analytics has been deactivated

This data is transferred to Google servers in the USA. We would like to point out that the same level of protection under data protection law cannot be guaranteed in the USA as within the EU.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognised on future visits to the website.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which makes it possible to analyse pseudonymous user profiles. Data in Google Analytics is processed using artificial intelligence. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.
