Tasks that match your strengths

→ Support with installation and maintenance of IT hardware and mobile devices
→ Co-supervision of our internal IT support ticket system
→ 1st level user support in the Windows and Office environment (remote & on-site)
→ Collaboration in the maintenance of technical documentation
→ Support with IT projects (e.g. relating to our "DIGI - the Butler" app)
→ Co-design and further development of our IT solutions and internal processes

Qualifications that make you stand out

→ Completed IT training (e.g. HTL, apprenticeship, technical college) or initial practical experience in the IT sector
→ Interest in IT systems, networks and digital solutions
→ Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
→ Initial experience with servers, virtualisation or software development is an advantage
→ You like to work independently, are curious and want to understand what you are doing - and why
→ You have the confidence to contribute ideas, help shape things and think outside the box
→ Enjoy communicating, reliability and team spirit
