→ Recruiting responsibility for technical, industrial and commercial positions with a focus on subcontractors
→ Creation of requirement profiles in coordination with the responsible departments
→ Design and placement of adverts on corresponding platforms
→ Active candidate approach via networks such as karriere.at, eAMS, LinkedIn (active sourcing)
→ Telephone interviews and preliminary clarification of framework conditions
→ Holistic applicant management - from initial contact to final recommendation
→ Participation in career fairs and talent acquisition events
→ Collaboration on recruiting projects to optimise and digitalise processes
→ Development of applicant pool
